  • Scams are a fundamentally human problem - to combat the issue we must change behaviour.

    Drawing on our deep experience in financial decision making and the neuroscience of behaviour, we worked with a global Big 4 consultancy and a national not-for-profit to design develop a behavioural intervention to reduce scam victimisation.

    Whilst almost every company is making an investment in AI, only a few are truly reaping the benefits. We were engaged by a global legal publishing business to help them get the human side of the AI equation right, and unlock value across the business.

    The strata industry faces significant regulatory and marketplace change. We partnered with the national strata peak body to deliver an immersive masterclass to change the way senior strata leaders create meaningful and positive customer experiences.
